March 1, 2026 – Regulatory Reminder: Nevada Annual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Reports Due

Reports Due March 1, 2026

Nevada’s annual compliance reporting cycle is approaching, and manufacturers engaging in marketing activities within the state must prepare to meet the March 1, 2026 deadline for Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) Reports. Sales representatives operating in Nevada are required to be registered and to submit a yearly report to remain compliant with state law.

The state allows manufacturers to submit the reports on behalf of its registered sales representatives. This obligation applies regardless of a company’s size or the number of representatives.

What Is Due by March 1, 2026?

A report on any expenses associated with a NV licensed practitioner that were incurred by a registered sales representative and any samples distributed.
