Reno Amadori
CEO & Chief Financial Officer

Reno Amadori serves as the Chief Executive and Financial Officer at QPharma. He is responsible for strategy, business development, and the company’s day-to-day management. Reno also oversees the company’s financial activities and operations, including budgeting, accounting, and planning. Before joining QPharma, Reno spent nine years with a business and consumer Multinational Corporation. In addition to his work at QPharma, he serves as a volunteer firefighter. Reno has played a valued role in QPharma since 1999 and is currently actively leading the company’s business initiatives.

Dawn L. Gabriel, Ph.D.
Chief Compliance Officer

Dr. Dawn Gabriel is the Chief Compliance Officer at QPharma, where she oversees compliance for internal operations, including Quality Systems, computer systems validation, and licensing, and plays a leadership role in providing compliance consulting for QPharma’s life sciences clients. Dawn previously served at Johnson & Johnson, most recently in the position of Senior Director, R&D Quality and Compliance. Dawn earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Fairfield University and a doctorate in Pharmaceutics from the University of Connecticut.

Suhail Mughal
Chief Technology Officer

Suhail Mughal is leading QPharma’s technology department, which includes product development, data science, cloud infrastructure, and information security. Suhail has over two decades of experience leading product innovation, technology transformations, and strategies in building and delivering applications for the life science industry at QPharma. Since arriving at QPharma in 2015, Suhail has established a startup mindset in QPharma. He has overseen the release of the next generation of QPharma’s applications, the company’s transition to the cloud system, and built a global team of software engineers. Suhail also established innovation as a practice area within IT. QSign™ and QButton™ are examples of many innovative solutions the technology team has delivered under Suhail’s leadership.

Lori Peters
Chief Operations Officer

Lori Peters is a versatile and accomplished business professional with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As the Chief Operating Officer of QPharma, Lori directs the implementation and operations of our commercial services and manages the client relations division. She is the go-to expert for all QPharma’s solutions, including sample management, digital solutions, compliance services, aggregate spend, and training. Lori’s extensive knowledge of life science product launches and commercialization enables her to provide valuable insights and best practice expertise to our clients. She has successfully led numerous critical projects for top life science companies, ensuring seamless implementation and optimal results. Lori's previous senior leadership roles have equipped her with the skills to spearhead operations for our commercial solutions, as well as oversee customer support, client business relations, and project implementations at QPharma. Her strategic vision and dedication continue to drive our success and client satisfaction.

John Cunningham
Chief Commercial Officer

John Cunningham serves as Chief Commercial Officer for QPharma and brings over 20 years of experience in various sales leadership and executive positions in the pharmaceutical commercial services space. He had managed large teams and operating budgets for service providers, helping them to help pharmaceutical manufacturers streamline operations through the efficient and cost-effective deployment of support applications. His areas of expertise include Product Launch, Patient Services, Co-Pay, EHR, CRM and Hub Providers, KOL Identification, and HCP Targeting. He has been regularly consulted on sample management strategies for large pharma clients and consulted with many on deploying resources to ensure successful product support.

Mike Strubbe
Managing Director of Samples and Fulfillment

Mike Strubbe, Managing Director of Samples and Fulfillment at QPharma, brings over 20 years of experience in Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA) sample and fulfillment programs. In his role at QPharma, Mike oversees the Direct to Practitioner, Sample Accountability, and Fulfillment groups, supporting life sciences' sales representative teams, healthcare provider programs, and other fulfillment opportunities with a focus on prescription drug sampling and marketing literature.

Mike's extensive expertise includes compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements such as the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), 21 CFR Part 11, and industry standards for prescription drug marketing programs. His proficiency in Sample Fulfillment, Reconciliation, and Reporting, as well as Warehouse Management Systems and Logistics, equips him to provide valuable consultation and drive successful outcomes for our clients. Mike's deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and leadership ensure that QPharma excels in delivering comprehensive and compliant sample management solutions.

Managing Director for LMS, MedStart & QPharmaRx

Keith Westrich serves as Managing Director of multiple business units for QPharma and brings 25+ years of experience providing technology to the commercial and clinical study areas of pharmaceutical and biotech companies. At QPharma, Keith is responsible for the QUniversity Learning Management System and enterprise and continuing education content as well as the MedStart in-office drug sample kiosks and QPharmaRx online solutions providing drug samples, co-pay cards and materials to healthcare providers nationally.
