Disclosure Logs Due April 1st, 2026
Oregon requires pharmaceutical sales representatives licensed in the state to submit an annual log of interactions, sample distributions, and transfers of value.
- Manufacturers are permitted to submit a consolidated log on behalf of its Oregon Licensed Representatives; or
- The licensed representatives may submit their individual log(s) directly to the state.
