Jeff Boatman — Sr. Subject Matter Expert, Medical Devices and Quality Systems
Jeff Boatman is Senior Subject Matter Expert, Medical Devices and Quality Systems at QPharma. A Certified Quality Auditor and highly experienced regulatory expert and trainer, Jeff has served with the company for more than 10 years. His previous positions included the role of R&D Engineer at Boston Scientific.
Jeff’s many organizational affiliations include the position of Senior Member, American Society for Quality Biomedical Division. In 2010 he was named one of PharmaVoice’s “Most Inspiring People.” Formerly enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, Jeff studied Nuclear Physics at The Air University.
Judy Fox — Director, Compliance Services
Judy Fox serves as Director, Compliance Services at QPharma. Judy is among the industry’s leading compliance subject matter experts, and plays a leadership role in advising the firm’s life sciences clients on their compliance policies, transparency reporting, and regulatory risks.
Judy previously served with Compliance Implementation Services (now CIS by Deloitte). She is a member of the PDMA Alliance Board and Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, and holds a degree from Moore College of Art and Design.
Robert Holmes, Ph.D. — Chief Data Scientist
Robert Holmes, Ph.D., is the Chief Data Scientist at QPharma, where he works closely with the firm’s clients to develop strategies and solutions for practitioner targeting and influence mapping. He and his team perform mathematical modeling and data analysis to identify which physicians life sciences companies should be targeting for sampling and speaker bureau outreach, as well as helping clients understand how to harness the power of these physicians’ peer networks. Dr. Holmes and his team have built a robust, large-scale methodology that they routinely apply to the full U.S. population of more than a million healthcare practitioners — in contrast to other analytics firms, which typically measure physician influence at a much smaller scale. Prior to joining the company, Dr. Holmes spent nearly 12 years in a similar role at Qforma, which QPharma acquired in 2016. He has also served in various roles as a consultant, physicist, and researcher.
Dr. Holmes earned a BA in Physics from Oxford, a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Portsmouth, and an MBA from The Open University.
Lori Peters — Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations
Lori Peters serves as Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations at QPharma. In this role, she oversees client implementations and day-to-day operations within the company’s Commercial Services group, with responsibility for solutions that include sample management, fulfillment, product launch services, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, and training.
A subject matter expert on life sciences product launches and commercialization, as well as KOL engagement, Lori joined QPharma with the acquisition of Qforma, where she served in various senior positions over several years. She holds a business degree from Berkeley College.
Badal Shah, B.Pharm, M.S. MBA — Managing Director, KOL & Targeting
Badal Shah serves as Managing Director, KOL & Targeting at QPharma. With several years of focused effort inside the pharmaceutical vertical, Badal has pioneered a framework for achieving effective medical communications and optimizing field sales force activities pre- and post-launch for pharmaceutical products. With his revolutionary approach to Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and HCP engagement and targeting, Badal established and leads QPharma’s KOL practice as well as its HCP targeting practice. His ability to create cohesive tools for interlocking compliance and commercial solutions within the KOL and Targeting space has been well-received and lauded by the company’s current and prospective clients.
A Pharmacist and business graduate of Rutgers University, Shah is a member of the Advisory Board of Directors for the American Pharmacy Purchasing Alliance.
Michael Strubbe — Managing Director of Samples, DTP, and Fulfillment
Michael Strubbe serves as Managing Director, Samples, DTP, and Fulfillment, overseeing client activities for the firm’s growing base of sampling and fulfillment accounts as well as the continued evolution of the Titanium™ technology platform. An expert on PDMA compliance and sample distribution, Michael has been with QPharma for more than 15 years. He joined the company as an analyst in 2001.
Michael earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Albright College.
